Met Fred from tri-state Landmanagement company to look at my wooded lot. Explained that I would like to create a trail and roadway in the woods behind My Home so I can access my land more easily. after letting Fred know my concerns, we agreed on the project and things took off without a hitch. We are very pleased with Fred at Tri-State, we had our parking area in Dagsboro resurfaced today and it looks great. Fred and his guys were very meticulous and made the area look very good. I hired Fred and his team to have some projects done on my hunting land in Parsonsburg MD. Fred always communicated well to me and kept me in the loop. I live in another state and he even sent videos as updates on the projects. Fred approached the projects with our budget in mind. He worked with us to prioritize our goals on the land. We added some new access trails around the property and also cleaned up a logging area that was left a mess from last summers thinning with loggers.  In addition He added a stone pad for our camper. They do excellent work and go above & beyond.  Fred even added turn around spots in the new trail system for my tractor and bush hog. I would definitely recommend Fred. Professional work, he's was on time with projects, very reliable and kept the lines of communication open. We will have him back next year for additional work. You wont be disappointed..

I used this company to clear a 1/2-acre food plot in densely wooded forest land near Fruitland, MD. I reached out to them after multiple other local companies let me down. They were punctual, the price was fair, and the owner kept in regular communication with me throughout the process, which is all anyone could want. I cannot recommend Fred and TriState Land Management highly enough! We hired Fred for a large 17,000-square-foot land management and site preparation project, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park.
From start to finish, Fred handled everything: forestry clearing, excavation, precision grading, preparing two 1,000-foot driveway lanes, and a 5,000-square-foot asphalt pad, all while achieving the perfect slope for proper water drainage. He expanded the driveway lanes to a generous 12–14 feet wide, installed and compacted over 600 tons of RC6 and millings in multiple lifts, and ensured every phase of the project was completed to the highest standard. The workmanship was nothing short of exceptional.
What truly sets Fred apart is his incredible work ethic and attention to detail. He was on-site every single day for an entire month until the project was 100% complete. That level of commitment is incredibly rare. He treated my property as if it were his own, paying close attention to every detail and never cutting corners.

My farm was unsafe and useless after years of neighboring trees on my horses fences and this past winters’ ice storm caused a lot of damage.  I reached out to local tree companies and realized I was not banked for such a project.  For the past five weeks I have been cutting the trees up myself and realized I had to get help.  I contacted Fred and he came right over to look at the situation.  Once he realized the scope of the project, he said let’s look at all of the “must have’s” but if you have any “wishlist” items; let me know.

By the end of the walk around, he made me realize I had chosen the right company to do this overwhelming project.

Not only did he do what he said was going to be done but more.  And on top of that; he kept my horses safe and the farm stayed secured during the whole process.

He cut all the trees down, removed all the underbrush, saplings, mulched everything for a walkway around all of my fencing so I can make repairs manageable, etc!

Pricing was very reasonable and his small but mighty crew were amazing.

If there were 10 stars to choose from it still wouldn’t be enough.  I will always call Tri-State for all of my land projects!  Do yourself a favor and call him today!!!!
