Met Fred from tri-state Landmanagement company to look at my wooded lot. Explained that I would like to create a trail and roadway in the woods behind My Home so I can access my land more easily. after letting Fred know my concerns, we agreed on the project and things took off without a hitch. His knowledge and expertise on Landmanagement showed in the results.Precise handling of his machinery created exactly what I wanted and I am so happy that I have access and use of my land that will last for many years of enjoyment. His returned, phone calls and text messaging reaching out when I needed to contact him and his down to earth personality was something that I was glad that I contacted Fred Thanks again Fred, Joe, and Mary Harbeson, Delaware.

We are very pleased with Fred at Tri-State, we had our parking area in Dagsboro resurfaced today and it looks great. Fred and his guys were very meticulous and made the area look very good. Fred was diligent in his communications with us and explained the process well. We would recommend Tri-State to anyone in the Dagsboro area who needs driveway or parking area work done.

I hired Fred and his team to have some projects done on my hunting land in Parsonsburg MD. Fred always communicated well to me and kept me in the loop. I live in another state and he even sent videos as updates on the projects. Fred approached the projects with our budget in mind. He worked with us to prioritize our goals on the land. We added some new access trails around the property and also cleaned up a logging area that was left a mess from last summers thinning with loggers. In addition He added a stone pad for our camper. They do excellent work and go above & beyond. Fred even added turn around spots in the new trail system for my tractor and bush hog. I would definitely recommend Fred. Professional work, he's was on time with projects, very reliable and kept the lines of communication open. We will have him back next year for additional work. You wont be disappointed..

I used this company to clear a 1/2-acre food plot in densely wooded forest land near Fruitland, MD. I reached out to them after multiple other local companies let me down. They were punctual, the price was fair, and the owner kept in regular communication with me throughout the process, which is all anyone could want. I was extremely happy with the results and have every intention of using them again.

Great Job! I will be using them again.

Thank You, I Greatly Appreciate it.

Working with Tri-State Land Management was a pleasure. Fred returned my calls and text in a timely manner and showed up as scheduled. He and his men took pride in their work and did a great job replacing old landscape timbers edging our driveway and bringing in additional gravel. I recommend them.

Thank you so much for starting our yard transformation. We are looking forward to taking trees down, and getting our yard ready for grass. Fred was so knowledgeable and spoke with us about what was going to happen the day of service. He went above and beyond what we expected to be completed. We could not recommend this company enough to anyone needing brush taken down.
Very affordable and quick service.
