Access to the site was extremely limited, with a narrow entry and a steep drop of approximately 30 feet leading to the back of the property where the ditch was located.

Due to the limited access and severe elevation change, a detailed plan was developed to safely transport and place fill material and rip-rap down to the work area.

Execution and Erosion Control Work
Sediment was excavated along the entire drainage run to re establish proper flow.
Geo-Textile fabric was installed throughout the ditch to provide separation and stabilization.

The channel was then carefully packed and lined with #4 riprap along a total run of approximately 440 feet, creating a durable and permanent erosion control solution.
Project Outcome
The completed drainage ditch now functions as designed, effectively controlling erosion and improving water flow.
